              How Magnet technology is helping job seekers connect with work opportunities in Manitoba

              Work in Manitoba is an online platform that offers free, unlimited use for both employers and job seekers. The platform has helped multiple employers connect with skilled job seekers and fill vacant roles. Employers can also use the platform to access wage subsidy funding through the federal Student Work Placement Program.

              In this case study, we explain how Magnet technology helped launch the successful platform, and how it grew from a Winnipeg-focused initiative to meet the needs of employers across Manitoba.
