Magnet and Orbis Communications are making it easy to reach students across Canada using Outcome Campus Connect. With Outcome Campus Connect, employers can engage in remote efforts to recruit students and save time in sharing their opportunities across multiple schools.

Using the Outcome Campus Connect functionality, one click sends your posting to 85+ post-secondary job boards across Canada. Employers can also opt to send postings to specific schools.

              How it Works:

              1. Create your free Magnet employer account.
              2. Activate your account and begin posting jobs.
              3. Use the Outcome Campus Connect functionality to send your posting to 85+ job boards with a single click or choose specific job boards across Canadian campuses.

With remote work being the new reality, many businesses can hire from different locations/schools/ programs than they would typically for work from home opportunities. Outcome Campus Connect allows you to expand your pool of candidates while saving time and effort.

Things to consider when posting your student job opportunities through Outcome Campus Connect:

              1. Remote Work: An increasing number of organizations have shifted to remote work to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. If your organization is able to offer remote opportunities for student job postings, it is a great option to help maintain your organizational hiring plans.
              2. Target Location: As many job opportunities have become remote, it offers the ability for people to work from a variety of locations. When posting your opportunity, consider widening your location parameters to target a larger number of students, resulting in more applications for your opportunity.
              3. Application Deadlines: Many students are still seeking opportunities on Outcome Campus Connect, particularly now. Given our current environment, consider extending your application deadlines, if possible, to give more time to build your student talent pipeline and get the applicants you want.
              4. Wage Subsidies & Support: Eligible employers who hire Canadian post-secondary students can access wage subsidies through the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). For employers reopening or entering a recovery period, SWPP can help save costs while still allowing your business to recruit new talent. The Student Work Placement Program is administered by a variety of delivery partners, each focussing on a different industry/sector, these include:
                1. BioTalent Canada
                2. CCAA
                3. Eco Canada
                4. Electricity Human Resources Canada
                5. ICTC
                6. Magnet
                7. Mining Industry Human Resources Council
                8. TECHNATION (formerly ITAC)
                9. Venture for Canada

Outcome Campus Connect is a tool that businesses can use throughout the year to access student talent for various positions throughout Canada. The goal of Outcome Campus Connect is to make it easier than ever for employers to access the leaders of tomorrow.

Created through a partnership of Magnet and Orbis Communications, Outcome Campus Connect is Canada’s largest online campus recruiting platform.
