In this session you will learn how to access a flexible and affordable talent pool of post-secondary students from across Canada:
- Identify the best way to create a “work integrated learning opportunity” for post-secondary students, and become eligible for up to $7,500 in wage subsidies for your student hire
- Create an account, and use Outcome Campus Connect to hire students from over 85 postsecondary schools across Canada
- Target specific schools, programs and geographic regions with one job posting
- Manage job applicants and the application workflow
