ADaPT (Advanced Digital and Professional Training) is a work-integrated learning (WIL) program for job seekers that bridges the gap between employer needs and graduate skills through 70+ hours of intensive, no-cost training on in-demand skills.

In this case study, we explain how ADaPT participants use Magnet’s ALiGN tool to better understand how to apply individual strengths and preferences to their career, and how to communicate those skills and qualities to employers.

ALiGN was developed by Magnet and OTEC.
