Boosting volunteer capacity and collaboration across Canadian non-profits.
The Prosperity Project’s Matching Initiative connected non-profit organizations with qualified experts to address immediate strategic priorities and challenges. The project leveraged Magnet’s matching technology to connect organizations within the Prosperity Project’s network to potential volunteers and collaborators across Magnet’s network.
Magnet developed a unique portal for The Prosperity Project, which included access to targeted messaging and job matching tools, which were used to promote volunteer opportunities to users across Magnet. The portal also hosted virtual training resources for Prosperity Project staff and volunteers.
The Prosperity Project supported a novel use of the Magnet platform by using its matching technology to promote volunteer opportunities and offer organizations a way to connect with expert collaborators.
