Prepr’s free Flexible Upskilling Network boosts job seekers’ digital skills in areas such as design, business analysis, and more. Employers benefit from workshops on adaptability, AI communication tools, and budgeting.
Flexible Upskilling Network – Skills for Success is a free digital learning program with a focus on upskilling in the information communication and technology sector. Courses are designed and led by Prepr.
For job seekers, the program offers opportunities to build soft skills and strengthen their career planning efforts. Topics covered include design, business analysis, product management, and development.
Employers can connect their teams to digital workshops on adaptability, data analysis, writing and communication (including leveraging AI tools), and budgeting.
Magnet supported the development of a customized landing page where Skills for Success users access learning content. Users with a Prepr account can also sign-in through this landing page with their Prepr credentials.
Users can also complete a Lumina Learning assessment, a psychometric assessment tool that offers insights into an individual’s strengths, work style, and characteristics while also matching these results to potential career paths.
Magnet understands the critical need for digital adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises and the need for more job seekers to boost their own digital and human skills. Through its in-depth understanding of learning management system (LMS) integration, Magnet offers a coordinated entry point where job seekers could join a community on our platform and access Prepr learning tools through a single sign-on.
The integration of Prepr’s Skills for Success program with the Magnet platform demonstrates a potentially transformative path forward in which a base technology, in this case the Magnet platform, serves as an entry point to a variety of learning management systems and resources from stakeholders across the labour market landscape.
From the perspective of a small and medium-sized enterprise or employer, successful integrations of partner-led learning initiatives will reduce barriers for businesses to connect their teams to upskilling opportunities.
