Vincent Hardy a lanc\u00e9 la discussion en expliquant comment la Commission \u00e9conomique des Nations Unies pour l\u2019Europe (CEE-ONU) d\u00e9finit la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi comme \u00e9tant l\u2019ensemble des aspects de l\u2019emploi qui peuvent affecter le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs. Les Principes de bons emplois identifient les crit\u00e8res d\u2019un bon emploi.
